God at work in San Jose, La Paz
by Buddy Moorehead, June 2010
San Jose, La Paz is located in the south/west region of Honduras. It is a wonderful place with many wonderful people who were excited about our arrival May 30, 2010. As we pulled into the village we were met by many smiles. North Americans (NA), together from Tennessee and North Carolina, came to share with the people of San Jose medicines, eye glasses and dentistry. More importantly God used each member of the team to share the Gospel message of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Through the willingness of His servants we became His feet and hands and shared the Gospel with over 1700 people. God blessed us as we were able to see over 300 people come to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of their life.
Special people with special talents worked very hard to see that the team was cared for. The staff, as always, worked very hard to make the trip as pleasant for the team as possible. The NA team members worked very hard to support one another and to meet the physical as well as spiritual needs of the people of San Jose. Most not only completed their assigned task but went the extra mile in helping others when needed. One special lady woke at 4:00 each morning to help cook breakfast and then went wide eyed and bushy tale to see people in medical. What a true blessing to see real servants of God at work.

Many thanks go to many people from Honduras, Tennessee, and from the school located in San Jose. We especially thank God for Andy Cammuse, the team captain from Tennessee who worked 365 days in preparation for a successful trip. And most importantly, we thank God for His tremendous strength and grace to lead us through another successful week.

Please continue to keep the HBDM, Inc, the Missionaries, the Honduran staff, and the NA team members in your prayers as we seek to serve God. May God bless you as you seek to be a blessing to others.
Team House update
God has allowed us to see the dream of the HBDM, Inc team house come to completion. We
are officially open for business!!! Yippy!!!! Andy Cammuse and his team stayed in the team
house after returning from the field on June 3, 2010. Although we are still in the process
of working out miner details everything seemed to go well. I believe every team member
enjoyed the opportunity to be the first HBDM team to stay in the house. Many thanks go
to Richard Williford, Russell Patterson, Michael, Alba, and all the staff for the hard work in
getting the house ready. They worked endless hours to help make the dream come to fruition.
I look forward to reporting for you the results of the next team after returnin g from the field.
Please pray for Mike Carder and his team as they prepare for their trip to Honduras June 12,
2010.
