Team Captains lead the team at home and on the Mission field. Your team captain is responsible for all aspects of the Mission trip. If you are not sure who your team Captain is, check the "Current Schedule" to the left.

All Volunteers Note:
All volunteers should fill out a Team Member Application AND a Medical Form. The forms are all new for 2011. When you open the form, you can type in the form and then print it out. Please fill out the form electronically before you print so that we can better read the applications:
All minors under the age of 21 travelling with the Mission must fill out an Affidavit, and have it signed by a legal guardian.
